In order to use the Mobile Data service it is necessary to correctly configure the APN (Access Point Name) settings in your mobile phone. You can download APN settings by selecting your provider from the drop down menu and by filling in the IMEI number of your mobile phone. You will then receive an SMS with the correct settings and you will be asked to confirm acceptance of the settings. If you accept, the settings are automatically configured in your mobile phone.

To find the IMEI number of your mobile phone, dial the sequence *#06# into the phone. The IMEI number will be shown on the display.

If the above method does not work, you can manually enter APN settings by following the instructions which can be found in your mobile phone's manual.
